Not happy with these items. These items received were of poor quality; could have been much better. I messaged the seller to change color of item right after making the purchase like literally 5 mins or less after. The seller didn't even acknowledge my request by answering and ended up sending the incorrect tennis shoe.

I ordered these shoes in Dec, excitedly because an influencer suggested this seller. However, once I receive the shoes I was surprised to see that I did not receive the Gold Toes but another pair. I expressed my concerns to the seller who would respond sparingly. I filed a dispute because the seller was taking long to respond to my request. I asked since I received the wrong pair could they exchange the shoes and send the Gold toes as I originally ordered. Once a dispute was filed the seller agreed to a refund but the process suggested that I spend money to return. I didn’t agree and decided to keep the shoes but reorder the Gold toes. I did explain that this site needs better communication and a better process when buyers have returns. Regardless, I really wanted the Gold Toes but the ones I received by mistake I will say look nice. Lastly, the seller needs to do better when sending shoes through their delivery system because without a box the shoes have some damage.

Shopping was easy and shipping came two days ahead of schedule the shoes look great I love it just a little disappointed it didn’t come in a box as they were gifts for my children but nonetheless the shoes look great and you can’t tell the difference.

This boot almost looks same when you take pictures but in real, one can tell it’s a fake one. The back of the boot is totally different than the real ones. The letters are differently encraved and a stiching is present which is not in real ones. Mine came with damaged box, missing ring on side of small bag and few noticeable damages in the boots( shown in the picture). Quality is 3/10 and Definitely size down. Seller is very responsive and helpful though. Packaging came with box, dust bag and small card. Genuinely I wouldn’t pay $75 for the quality and the condition i got. And definitely not wearing this 😅
